Phenospace
A new phenotypic screening platform for worm behaviour quantification
We have built a new system for high resolution, high throughput worm behaviour quantification. It sets a new standard for phenotypic screening in C. elegans and is enabling new kinds of screens to discover neuroactive molecules and repurpose drugs to treat rare genetic diseases.
This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (Grant agreement No. 714853)
